Which App Do I Use?
Download and connect your camera using the UBOX app.
How Do I Set It Up with the 4G Sim?
- Fully charge the camera with USB connection.
- Get your data only 5GB 4G sim with telstra or optus.
- Test the sim in your mobile phone to ensure it is activated and you can access the internet.
- Once the sim is activated, insert it into your camera, ensure it clicks in.
- Turn the camera on with the switch under the rubber grommet on the base of the camera.
- Reset the camera by holding the reset button next to the Sim card slot and Micro SD card slot.
- Tap Add in the app.
- Select Add 4G Camera.
- Scan the QR code on the camera.
- Confirm the camera is connected & functional.
- If it didnt work, reset the camera and try again and ensuring the sim is activated.
How Do I Reset The Camera?
Find the reset button near the SD card slot. Hold it for 10 seconds until you hear “Reset Complete.”
