Do I Have To Pay For Cloud Storage?
Our Cameras offer Subscription Free Storage with Remote Access. The Cameras record all events and save them directly to the SD card for FREE. You have the option to use cloud storage for an additional fee, but it's completely up to you.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders dispatch within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3-12 business days depending on your location; remote areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How Do I Set Up My Bluey Camera?
Charge or connect power → download the app (QR code in the box) → create an account → connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or insert a SIM for 4G models → follow the on-screen prompts → mount with the included hardware.
What’s Your Returns & Refund Policy?
Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging (return postage at customer's cost). Faulty/DOA items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. We'll repair, replace, or refund. Start a return via our support team with your order number.
Can I Use A Camera Without Wi-Fi?
Absolutely, our 4G models work with a nano-SIM and an active data plan, perfect for sheds, farms, or worksites. Wi-Fi models require a 2.4 GHz network.
