Where are products made and shipped from?
Some of our products are shipped from our Australian warehouse for Aussie and NZ orders, while others come direct from our overseas warehouse in China. This depends on stock levels and demand.
For full honesty and transparency, most products are made in China. This keeps prices low and quality high — so you get the best value without the big retail markup and allows us to pass the savings direclty onto you as our valued customer.
What shipping options do you offer?
